Meet the Interns!
Krunal Patel
Finance Acquisitions Intern
At the University of Pennsylvania, Krunal is a junior majoring in Economics with a focus in Finance and Real Estate. Krunal will be working with Sean Myers supporting members of the acquisition, investment sales, and leasing teams. He will also provide market and industry research for commercial properties, create presentations for prospective clients and investors, and create financial models for commercial leases. Krunal is involved in the Wharton Undergrad Real Estate Club and the Wharton Global Youth Program.
When not at SREA, Krunal might be seen looking for a new restaurant or performing with Broad Street Baadshahz, a well known Bollywood dance group.
Listella Derival
Marketing/Leasing Intern
Listella, a senior at Temple University, is majoring in Economics and minoring in Legal Studies. Listella will be providing innovative marketing ideas to the SEA’s leasing team, alongside Jackie Hadzor and Mike Dolan.
She will be creating flyers for available office space, conducting market research, and helping organize broker events.
When she is not working, Listella enjoys participating in cycling classes and trying out the newest Philadelphia restaurants. She participates in a number of extracurricular groups, including the Temple Real Estate Organization, Women in Economics, and the Haitian Student Organization.
We are thrilled to introduce our new Fall 2023 interns! The pair will gain great hands-on experience and exposure to the commercial real estate business. The entire SEA office hopes to mentor and guide them through their dive into the field. Our interns offer a diversity of background knowledge and refreshing ideas.
