SREA represented Roth’s CrossPoint Gymnastics (“Roth’s CPG”) in a 20,160 SF lease transaction at Naamans Creek Business Center in Boothwyn, PA.
Roth’s CPG was founded by Bill and Christina Roth, both former NCAA Division 1 Full Scholarship gymnasts from Temple University. Before opening Roth’s CPG, they ran a very successful gymnastics program in Delaware County and are thrilled to be opening their first location for young gymnasts.
Ina Sargen and Dan Moller of the SREA team represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Working with Eric Gorman of Cushman & Wakefield, who represented the landlord, Ms. Sargen and Mr. Moller were successful in locating flex space that would easily be transformed into a state-of-the-art gymnastics facility and additionally helped Bill and Christina Roth with the preparation of their business plan and financial analyses. “The SREA team negotiated a flexible lease for us, while limiting our personal risk,” said Bill Roth. “Their services were fundamental to securing this space and we look forward to working with Ina and Dan again.”
