3550 Market St.The acquisition of 3550 Market Street (“3550” or “Property”) was completed September 2016, by affiliates of, Miller Investment Management (“MIM”) and SREA. This partnership purchased the Property from Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (“CHOP”) which was the owner and 98% occupant. Simultaneously, with the closing of the sale, CHOP entered into a long-term lease for the majority of the building. Also, at the time, SREA took over property management and leasing of the Property. 3550 has fully transitioned to the new ownership and management team which has begun marketing space that will be vacated by CHOP in Q2 2017. SREA is considering retail and office options for the ground and second floors.

435 Fairmount kitchen435 Fairmount Avenue is a 12,260 square foot food preparation/distribution facility located in the flourishing Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The Building was extensively upgraded and leased in its entirety to DiBruno Brothers, Inc., a renowned purveyor of fine foods.  DiBruno’s is utilizing the property as a warehouse and food preparation center for its catering business and as a distribution center for its multiple retail establishments.  Future plans include converting a portion of the Building into a storefront establishment that will offer a selection of sandwiches and prepared foods to the Northern Liberties neighborhood.

435 Fairmount Avenue was previously utilized by Frog Commissary as its corporate headquarters and primary food preparation facility.
