James L. Paterno, founder of Stockton Real Estate Advisors, LLC, announced today that Jacklyn Crugnale has joined the commercial real estate company to expand its marketing department. In this role, Ms. Crugnale will be responsible for SREA’s marketing and webmaster duties, serving as a key participating member of the administrative staff. Ms. Crugnale will also be expanding SREA’s social media presence.
SREA is an elite group of industry experts who are delivering a new investment and service platform. The SREA approach leverages 25+ years of experience by acquiring solidly performing office and industrial buildings and well-located but under-performing office and industrial properties in need of leasing, re-development or recapitalization solutions. Additionally, SREA acquires individual and portfolio whole loan and mezzanine assets with underlying office and industrial property security.

Prior to joining SREA, Ms. Crugnale served as an account manager at Johnson Matthey, handling precious metal accounts for numerous Fortune 500 companies. She was responsible for buying/selling precious metals, generating quotes and processing chemical and refining orders.
