Where Our Interns Hail From

Our internship program is designed to give you the hands-on experience you need to establish a career in commercial real estate. You’ll gain exposure to various facets of the industry, including leasing, investments, development, property management, asset management, and acquisitions. You’ll also have the chance to network with peers and build your professional relationships. Our internship program has proven to be a stepping stone for many of our former interns, now working in the corporate world at major and national companies, including LEM Capital, Temple University Real Estate, JLL Capital Markets, Cushman & Wakefield, Baron Capital Group, Eastdil, American Express, and many more.

Our internship program is open to college juniors and seniors currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in commercial real estate, business, or a related field. Applicants must have a strong academic record and a passion for commercial real estate.

Current Internship Opportunities

We understand the importance of flexibility for college students, which is why our internship program is tailored to accommodate your academic commitments. During the school year, you can expect to work between 15-20 hours per week, allowing you to strike the right balance between your education and professional growth.
